Delivery Time
We offer free standard tracked shipping to most countries on qualifying orders. All orders
are shipped with tracking so you can monitor your parcel at any time.

Please note that although orders are processed seven days a week, shipments are
dispatched Monday to Friday only. During busy periods such as Black Friday, Cyber
Monday, and Christmas, delivery times may be slightly extended due to high demand.

International Shipping
We ship internationally to most countries worldwide. However, free shipping may not be
available in certain regions, and shipping fees will be calculated at checkout where
applicable.
At this time, we are unable to ship to certain countries due to logistical or carrier limitations. If
your country is not available at checkout, unfortunately we cannot process the order.

Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order has been
dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
We work efficiently to ensure orders are processed promptly. Changes or amendments can
only be made before the order is completed at checkout. After this stage, modifications may
not always be possible. If you need assistance, please contact us as soon as possible.

Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer support team immediately. We
will do our best to accommodate your request; however, cancellations may not be possible
once the order has been processed or shipped.

Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. If you notice an error,
contact us immediately with the correct address. Once an order has been dispatched, we
may not be able to change the delivery details.

Delivery Delays
In rare circumstances, delivery may take longer than the estimated timeframe due to
customs processing, postal delays, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. We
appreciate your patience in such situations.
If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we will offer either a replacement shipment or a full
refund, depending on your preference.

Split Shipments
In some cases, orders may be shipped in multiple packages due to stock availability or
warehouse locations. If this occurs, you will receive separate tracking numbers. Please do
not be concerned if items arrive at different times.

Customs & Import Fees
Most international orders do not incur customs charges. However, depending on your
country’s regulations, import duties or taxes may apply. Any such fees are the responsibility
of the customer. These charges vary by country and are outside of our control.

Returns & Refunds

If you wish to return your jewellery, please email our support team within 30 days of
receiving your order to arrange a return. Once the return is approved and received, we will
issue a refund in accordance with our Return Policy.

Damaged Items
We take great care in packaging all orders securely. In the unlikely event that your item
arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with your order details and photographs of
the item. We will arrange a replacement or suitable resolution as quickly as possible.

Packaging
All jewellery is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in excellent condition. Our packaging is
designed to protect items during transit while maintaining a premium presentation
experience.
